German term
Auslegerschlösser
German to English
Tech/Engineering
Mechanics / Mech Engineering

some variants
I don't know what to tell you for sure, but on the search engines(google) for hinge-points+pivots, you'll find some very close translations, I think.
I haven't figured them out, as I'm not an english native speaker.
Here are some of them:
flex-pivots
walking-axle pivots
outboard pivots...
Take a look at that search.
Good luck

screw jacks
Since it appears we are looking for railborne terms, this may well be the expression you are looking for. These are jacks which are screwed to either side of the crane's boom carrying vehicle, and normally locked to the rails to stop the boom tipping when it is trying to lift a heavy weight.
