A contract stating the terms and conditions governing the delivery of goods:
En cas d’écart, ces documents doivent être contresignés par le chauffeur et sont ensuite faxés:
Soit Directement au FOURNISSEUR dans le cadre d’un achat Franco,
Soit au service Approvisionnements dans le cadre d’un achat départ.
Logically, "achat départ" is not "carriage paid". The buyer therefore pays for the goods' transportation from the seller's premises. Any ideas?
