français term

exploitation

français vers anglais Droit / Brevets Droit : brevets, marques de commerce, copyright Intellectual Property
I am not quite sure of how the word 'exploitation' should be translated in the following paragraph. It is essentially a contract where the Author of a play assigns the intellectual property rights over the work to a third party:

L’Auteur souhaite que son œuvre puisse être exploitée, principalement, par des représentations théâtrales et qu’il puisse également être fait toute exploitation de son œuvre, et ce en version française.

Thanks for your suggestions!

use

I'm sure this is already in the glossaries...the author means the "use" of his/her work
Note from asker:
There are some suggestions in the glossaries but I wasn't too convinced that they applied to this context...
