This is in a guarantee agreement (bank guarantee). There is an escrow account for an excess charge (franchise) and in relation to this:

"le souscripteur décalre être libre de tous liens, droits et sûretés"

I would appreciate any help with the translation of "liens, droits et sûretés" or an explanation.
