French to English Other Furniture / Household Appliances leather chair

This is in a description of a master bedroom, from an interior decoration magazine:

Dans la chambre à coucher parentale : lampes Foscarini , fauteuil en cuir smocké Patricia Urquiola, moquette en velours de laine Flipo, stores américains en résille.

I'm at a loss as to what "cuir smocké" is! I found one picture on the web of a "cuir smocké" Dior jacket, but couldn't zoom in to see the "smocké."
