Flemish term

voor kleine groepen afgesloten

Flemish to English Bus/Financial Insurance
From the 'embedded value' insurance report.

Summary of the value of New Business.

De daling van de waarde is wegens het wijzigen van de kostenverdeling voor groep. Er werden vooral kleine groepen afgesloten waardoor een aangeslotene meer kosten draagt dan vroeger.
Proposed translations (English)
3 Mainly small groups were excluded / disregarded

Discussion

Deborah do Carmo Mar 8, 2005:
That would tie up with the preceding sentence, hence the question.
Deborah do Carmo Mar 8, 2005:
Are you sure there isn't a word missing in the sentence Lucy. As it reads I'm inclined to agree with Jarry but if "door" were added for example then we'd probably be looking at insurance being taken out mostly BY small groups...

Poor Dutch in the original!
