This is from an article on the aluminum industry in china: 贴水 seems to be translated as ‘agio’, which (I think) means something that sells below its true value. The sentence is:
“目前国内现货市场铝供应充足,现货一直处于贴水状态”
Can anyone supply a better translation than the following?
“Currently on the domestic spot market the supply of aluminium is sufficient, the goods on hand continue to be in a state of agio”

I guess you are right with "agio." Being in a 贴水状态 means in a dicount state. People just want to dump what they have at hand for there is plenty.
