如果大盘商人乙再加上20%的利润卖给中盘商人丙,则130元 x 120% x 106% = 165.36元,其中130 元x 20% x 6% = 1.56元是要上缴给税务机关的增值税,大盘商人乙真正收到的货价是 165.36元 – 7.80元大盘商人乙付给厂家甲的货款里所含的增值税 – 1.56元大盘商人乙要上缴的增值税 = 156.00元中盘商人丙付出的真正货价。

This final price is 106% of the price prior to the levy of the 6% tax. The English version should reflect that fact. If it is translated as a "discount" of 6%, then the original price is 94% of the final price after VAT is added. That means the final price is 106.382978723%, not 106%.
(Dividing 106 by 100 is different to dividing 100 by 94.)

Could you enlighten us then, Mark, as to why you used the word "Discount" in your suggestion? Does Discount mean something special to you personally? It is true 抵扣 means discount, but is that how English is used when you mention VAT?

: VAT certainly is not a "discount". On the contrary it would be the tax levied on top of the original invoice price. To Mark: I don't suppose you're trying to get personal here. It's just the way you speak English, right?
