Ich habe hier eine kurze Beschreibung einer OP wegen Trümmerfraktur eines Humeruskopfes.
Der Absatz lautet:
• Procedimiento:·abordaje anterolateral. Referencia de circunflejo. Fractura en 4 fragmentos con cuello anatómico. Referencia·de·subescapular y manguito con sutura para cierre en 8. Tenotomía de·biceps por tendinopatía. RAFI placa AXOs STRYKER (Titanio)
Ich kann hier in beiden Fällen mit "Referencia de" überhaupt nichts anfangen. Weiß jemand, was da gemeint sein könnte? Beim zweiten Teil, also circunflejo und subescapular, nehme ich an, dass es sich um den Nervus axillaris und Nervus suprascapularis handelt.
Kann mir jemand auf die Sprünge helfen?

Der Operateur "stellt" sich die relevanten Strukturen "dar", d.h. er präpariert so, dass er sie bei der OP eindeutig sehen kann - den Nerv, der keinesfalls versehentlich beschädigt werden darf, und die wichtige Sehne, die später neu fixiert werden muss.
In Neudeutsch wird das übrigens auch als "Visualisierung" bezeichnet.
