French to English Medical Medical (general)
In the context of an 11-year-old child with cystic fibrosis complicated by exocrine pancreatic insufficiency.

Le poids est de 39,6 kg (Pc 69, z-score de l’indice de masse corporelle : +0.90), en retrait de 3,1 kg par rapport à la consultation précédente, 2 mois plus tôt.

I've considered either 'perimètre cranien' or 'poids cible' but neither seem to fit the figure of 69.

Any suggestions welcome.

Many thanks in advance

I put the link as an example, but percentiles can be applied to any given population, not only babies.

agree Daryo : agrees with z=+0.90 // obviously it's the 69th percentile (or +0.90 if expressed in standard deviations from the mean value) of the weight distribution for this kid's age and sex, not of the general population.

Pc - is Body weight

Usually, it is: poids corporel (pc)

It refers to the body weight.

E.g. La dose totale absorbée est normalement bien inférieure à la dose journalière admissible (DJA) de 3,65 mg/kg de poids corporel (pc).

Le groupe recevant une dose 100mg/pc/jour

The group receiving a dose of 100mg/bw (body weight) /day
Example sentence:

Le groupe recevant une dose 100mg/pc/jour

The group receiving a dose of 100mg/bw (body weight) /day

disagree Daryo : No way that this interpretation could make sense in this text.
