Hello,
I'm currently working on a DE-EN text about cranioplasty and have come across the word 'Duranaht' which I'm not sure how to translate. "Dura(l) seam/connection" perhaps?
Context sentence:
Duraplastik nötig?
o Nein o Nein, jedoch erneute Duranaht o Ja
Many thanks in advance.

Basically, it's a trade name doubling as a product type name; something like ' "permagauze", or similar
