The literal translation would work here. PVd is a later-line treatment regimen which is, I presume, being tested in a population in which Revlimid has already failed as earlier-line therapy (as opposed to a treatment-naive population)

: No need for "100%", which seems rather lazy writing IMHO. And "treated with" is probably better.
