Deed of Guardianship
I understand that "Tutoría" means "guardianship", "Escritura" means "Deed" and "Acta" can mean a deed or certificate.
Would it be appropriate to translate "Delegación de Facultades" as "delegation of powers" or "delegation of authority" in this context?
I'm not sure if it's ok to use "power of attorney" in this context as I'm more familiar with seeing powers of attorney for people who lack capacity rather than for the guardianship of minors.
Many thanks in advance for your help.

I think you can express it much more concisely in English.

Notarial Record of a Delegated Powers and Guardianship Agreement Form
Deed in the USA is used for a conveyance of land only or dealing therewith, hence Instrument or Record.
I think the whole prase in E+W would come down to a Temporary Guardianship Agreement for minors, using Court Forms rather than a Notarial Record - a Power of Attorney is arguably implied - and to a Court of Protection Sub-Deputyship for adults under legal or physical disability.

: Escritura means record. It may have been notarised, but the Spanish doesn't say that. And, as usual, your references and what they call it in England and Wales are irrelevant.

At least I made a stab at translating the term, instead of your questionable 'when in doubt, leave out' to prof. neg. policy https://www.proz.com/kudoz/spanish-to-english/law-contracts/...
