Left arm/Left upper limb
I think it could be miembro toracico izquierdo (MTI), but it seems more common in veterinary articles:
MTI-Miembro torácico izquierdo. Examen Neurológico MTIhttps://pdfslide.tips › Documents
los episodios de parestesias y adormecimiento iniciados en el miembro
superior izquierdo (MTI)

: It still sounds a bit strange to me -I mean the whole clinical description- but yes, this is most probably it.

Thanks, Chema, I get your point, but anyway, I think it fits the abbreviation,, though as you point out, it might be a typo.

left thoracic limb
The thorax area includes the chest.
Diadochokinesia is the inability to make finely coordinated antagonistic hand movements. It seems to affect the lower arm and leg movements (ataxia) as slightly weakened muscular coordination.
(El tórax comprende el pecho. Hay la incapacidad de hacer movimientos antagonísticos de la mano. Parece afectar la parte baja del brazo los movimientos (ataxia) de la pierna, con coordinación muscular un poco debilitada de marcha.)

"Diadochokinesia or diadochokinesis is the ability to make antagonistic movements in quick succession, alternately bringing a limb into opposite positions, as of flexion and extension or of pronation and supination.
Alternating movements: Patient is told e.g. to pronate and supinate their hands in rapid succession, holding forearms vertically. In cerebellar diseases, the movements are irregular and inaccurate; in case of the pyramidal tract lesion the motion may be slowed or incomplete."
