Tiene pinta de querer decir 32 tests chemistry panel (special offer), aunque sin más contexto... Chem 32 blood test (special offer), por ejemplo, aunque en la literatura inglesa no parezca utilizarse de rutina ningún panel con tantos elementos.

Dear Elisa y María, this is under the heading Laboratory Expenses and there is only a price written in front of it. I agree with both of you. It could most possibly be a test comprising of 32 elements but I think I can not elaborate the translation to that extent.
For the moment I am leaving the term as it is and giving the literal translation along with a comment for the customer. Let's see what the customer says.
