l.s. = lumbalna sukusija There is no doubt about this. As already mentioned, it can be translated as "kidney percussion" or "costovertebral angle percussion". Nevertheless, your sentence can simply be translated "No costovertebral angle tenderness".

LS as an abbreviation for lumbalna sukusija was not unknown to me, yet I hesitated to suggest it here since this term is usually capitalized as LS whereas The in the present case we have to do with l.s.The asker will be thus well advised to contact the client for having this issue clarified.
