For example, the non-infectious/autoimmune uveitis is caused by and/or is associated with Behçet disease, Fuchs heterochromic iridocyclitis, granulomatosis with polyangiitis, HLA-B27 related uveitis, juvenile idiopathic arthritis, sarcoidosis, spondyloarthritis, sympathetic ophthalmia, tubulointerstitial nephritis or uveitis syndrome. In an example, the uveitis is systemic in nature, i.e. is systemic uveitis.
