Immunhistochemie

Die Tumorzellen exprimieren saures Gliafaserprotein sowie tortsatzbezogen MAP2C. Bis zu 10% der Tumorzellkerne weisen eine Expression des p53-Epitops auf. Etwa 20% der Tumorzellkerne lassen eine Expression des proliferationsassoziierten Antigens Ki67 (MIB-1) erkennen.

Beurteilung

Das eingesandte Material enthält Tumorgewebe, das aufgrund seines histopathologischen Erscheinungsbildes sowie Immunphänotyps einem Glioblastoma multiforme (WHO Grad IV) entspricht. Signifikante heilzeilige oder sarkomatös differenzierten Abschnitte erkennt man nicht

This is presumably an OCR error for 'hellzellig' - the letters I and L get messed up all too often.
