Text from Spain - the context is a letter from a magazine offering rates for advertisements, but I am out of my comfort zone when it comes to "colores pares e impares" as the literal translation doesn't sound right. Any printing specialists out there? Here's the text and TIA!

Not a printing expert (though some experience) and not based on research (yet), but my immediate reaction is that "impar" refers to the page, not the colour. Odd-numbered pages (ie. right-hand pages, as they're more commonly called) have more impact because people tend to look at them before left-hand pages. (Not for nothing were they page 3 girls rather than page 2 girls!)

Right-hand pages (impares) are more expensive for this reason. Here are the prices for El País (see p. 4 onwards). This is for advertising space, of course.
Alejandro's point about it saying "a todo color E impar" struck me too.
In English-language printing circles it's abbreviated to RHP:
"RHP (Right hand page) Position of an advertisement on a right hand page of a publication."
