Metropolitan Archbishop
"Mutran" (also "matran" and "mitran") is a metropolitan archbishop. The word is obviously derived from the word "metropolitan," which Webster's Dictionary defines as "the primate of an ecclesiastical province." (No jokes about primates, please).
"Mutraniyyah" (also "matraniyyah") is the diocese of a metropolitan archbishop. It may be the equivalent of an archdiocese.
