German Embassy Award Jan 24, 2012

I strongly recommend the (London) Embassy Award, which I won in its inaugural year in 2010. The prize is very generous, the Literarisches Colloquium in Berlin-Wannsee is a wonderful place to work and to meet and greet, and the Leipzig Book Fair will give the winner plenty of ideas about what could be translated into English.
