Hello all,

sometimes I have long segments where I could use the option "Insert all terms from dictionary"/"Alle Benennungen aus Wörterbuch übernehmen".

However, I do not want to insert the terms for the whole document.

Is it possible to restrict the option "Insert all terms from dictionary"/"Alle Benennungen aus Wörterbuch übernehmen" to one segment?

Kind regards,

Michael

The most effiecent way to insert the terminology is the shortcuts Jul 7, 2010

Hi Michael,

The most effiecent way to insert the terminology is the shortcuts:
ALT+g, then the alphabetical letter on the left side before the term:
A, B, C, D, E, etc.

For example to insert the first term in the current position of the cursor, press
ALT+G, then "A".

This is a very practical and efficient way, it also helps you to insert the term in the order, that suites your language, not where it comes in the source language.... See more

By time, you'll find, that this way speeds up your work dramatically.

Macro for term insertion in current segment Jul 8, 2010

Hi,

In Transit XV you can use this macro (written by Gabriela Szondy):

I've assigned it to ctrl+shift+k.

In Transit NXT you have a better alternative, hard coded.

I can't see it Jul 8, 2010

@Hans:

Thank you your tip!

However, I cannot see the macro. What am I doing wrong? Where can I find it?

Regards,

Michael

@ATT:

Thank you, as well.
I will try that; so far I always used the arrows to maneuver...

Regards,

Michael

Sorry for that. I guess it isn't shown because of the < and >. Here it is:

4=AssembleSegment^[SHIFT_CTRL_K] =[ALT_T][CTRL_RIGHT][ALT_T][CTRL_RIGHT][ALT_T][CTRL_RIGHT][ALT_T][CTRL_RIGHT][ALT_T][CTRL_RIGHT][ALT_T][CTRL_RIGHT][ALT_T][CTRL_RIGHT][ALT_T][CTRL_RIGHT][ALT_T][CTRL_RIGHT][ALT_T][CTRL_RIGHT][ALT_T][CTRL_RIGHT][ALT_T][CTRL_RIGHT][ALT_T][CTRL_RIGHT][ALT_T][CTRL_RIGHT][ALT_T][CTRL_RIGHT][ALT_T][CTRL_RIGHT][ALT_T][CTRL_RIGHT][ALT_T][ALT_LEFT]

Please replace < with [ and

replace > with ]

Enjoy!

Hans
