I seem to remember AnyCount had problems on my computer in the past unless I switched it off. Michael | | |

Tonight I got an error message while trying to count the words. I sent the bug report. EDIT: The AIT web site states that AnyCount doesn’t work with Click-to-Run MS Office 365. I do have a "Click-to-Run" process in the task manager, but I have it also on my previous computer. Office 365 versions on both notebooks are exactly the same...

In fact, even with an Office 2016 permanent license, only the enterprise version comes with an MSI installer now, AFAIK. I believe it has to do with a specific process on my new computer. On the software and settings side, both my old and new notebook are totally identical.
