Hello everyone!

I hope you all are safe and healthy. I need your help with an issue I just came across with logging into Memsource Desktop version. Here is the thing:

I tried to log in with the username provided by one of my clients but the file to translate doesn't show up automatically in the interface of the desktop MemSource.

Did I miss anything?

You need to download the translatable file from Memsource Cloud (*.mxliff) first. Use your login and password that you received from your client to login into Memsource Cloud. Then you download the file and open it with Memsource Desktop. Then you go to the Login section (lower right corner). In addition to your login and password, you also have to type your server name: cloud.memsource.com
