You can: - replace ": " with ":" (remove the space after the colon) - convert the list to table using colon as the separator - switch the columns (copy and paste) - convert the table back to text using colon as the separator - replace ":" with ": "

If you have this program, replace : with a tab (^t), copy-paste to Excel, reorder in Excel (also alphabetic if necessary), copy-paste back to Word and convert the table into text (Table menu>Convert>Table in text), then replace the tab with a colon. Or something along those lines. Philippe
