"Tidy Up View" in the Term Base Editor Oct 6, 2022

You press the "Tidy Up View" button on the ribbon when you are in the Term Base Editor.
Have a look at this memoQ Documentation article: https://docs.memoq.com/current/en/Places/edit-term-base.html

It depends on what you mean by blank entries. If you mean <deleted entries>, then you use the Tidy Up View command. If you mean entries that only have source or target term, click on the language name to sort your terms alphabetically. In this case all blank entries will appear either at the beginning of the list or at the end.
