The copy shortcut doesn't work in the concordance window

Hello.

I dunno if this is a system or a MemoQ issue.

The Ctrl+C command doesn't work when I try to copy a text on the target column. The command works and it shows on the context window, along with the its shortcut.

I have version 9.9.9. Is it working for everybody else?

Tool bar Nov 7, 2021

In the bottom of the concordance window there is a tool bar with the options *Insert selected* and *Insert*.
Insert inserts the whole chosen segment into your target segment, Insert selected only inserts the word/words you have selected with your mouse into your target segment.

I think it is a bug. You can use the Insert command as suggested above, but you can only insert a hit into the place where the cursor was at the moment before you pressed Ctrl+K. If you want to simply copy and google the search hit for example rather than insert it directly into your translation, you have to use context menu for that.

Support sent me the solution and it worked for me!

Thank you for contacting us.

Please go to the "C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\MemoQ\" folder and remove the following *.xml files:
- DockLayoutConfigs.bin
- Preferences-editor.xml
- Preferences-layout.xml
- Preferences-lookup.xml
Please note that the AppData folder is hidden so copy and paste the full path into the Windows address bar.

Still not working for me Oct 30, 2022

Any other ideas? Perhaps delete some other files? That's a pretty weird and annoying bug.
