purtroppo però manca l'ultima quartina:

Felice quegli! che dal fasto alieno,
Le poche calca ma paterne zolle;
E là respira sul natìo terreno
Zeffiro molle.

Ove l'armento gli dà latte in copia,
E lana il gregge contro al freddo scampo;
Col frutto il salva da molesta inopia,
Fertile il campo.

Densa la selva con ufficio alterno,
Ombra gli arreca negli estivi ardori,
E l'util legna che del crudo verno
Scema i rigori.

Colui beato! che solingo gli anni,
E ignoto passa, dell'età fugace;
Sano di membra, e immune il cor d'affanni
Gode la pace.

Placido sonno nelle notti molce
Allor suo spirto, ch'educò ragione;
E agli ozi accoppia, l'innocente e dolce
Meditazione.


Ah no, in realtà ci sono tutte e cinque; diciamo che come traduzione è molto, molto libera; adesso nessuno tradurrebbe più così, almeno credo. Buon lavoro!
