Sample English text for Japan Environment Agency Reports

Hi everybody,

I was wondering if anyone has come across a sample English text for the 最終報告書　published by the 環境庁　in Japan.

I regularly come across these documents, but have yet to find a good English sample text.

I have two files to work on this time,

and

YY のオオミジンコ（Daphnia magna）に対する繁殖阻�... See more

Thanks very much for posting a reply.
Actually what I'm looking for is a report written in English that conforms to the Japanese text that I will potentially be translating.
It's one of the standard reports published by the Japan Environment Agency, but I just can't seem to find an English sample on the web.
