update from external review 从来都不行

在TRADOS里，SDLXLIFF 文件无法update from external review。从来都不行，导入后还是之前的版本。 各种个样的奇怪的ERROR message 但却不提供SOLUTION。 我浪费了若干个小时研究它，怎么也没有解决办法。败家顽意儿软件。

破坏了格式 Dec 21, 2015

很可能的原因是，你的文件在external review时破坏了其中的格式，导致你无法成功导入，出现错误提示。

Error message是啥？我看到你另一个帖子写2011版，估计你现在还用2011。我在用2014，很好用。update from external view也都好好的。电脑操作系统是win 8.1。
