| 我覺得現在擁有20/20視力的人越來越少了, 特別是經常用電腦的人 | May 1, 2010 |
我的視力已經不能再差了, 左右眼都是-13.25 的近視外加2.50 的散光, 屬視網膜脫落的高危一族......
事實上我發現我的視力自我當freelance translator 起有進一步衰退的跡象, 不但近視和散光加深 (我都30歲了, 近視還在一點一點加深是很不正常的), 更經常覺得眼睛乾澀...
看綠色植物，工作中有定期的小休 (近日背痛, 物理治療師還叫我工作每25-30分鐘得走動一下) , 用兩個顯示器 (從第一天開始當翻譯我就已經用兩個顯示器, 否則頁面太少我根本看不到), 就差總不能不用電腦...
現在擁有正常視力的, 要好好保護雙眼, 到我這樣就為時而晚了。

医生说，看电脑屏幕时，如果注意休息，对视力的影响并不是很大，但眨眼次数会减少，也就减少了眼泪的润滑作用，使眼睛感到干涩。因此，Zhoudan 说的看令你感动流泪的电影、电视剧，应该是个妙法。至于我，大概只能靠洋葱或辣椒来催泪了。Eye drops 会产生副作用，应尽量少用。

我平时就连看个篇幅长点的英文新闻什么的都会打印出来看，显示器再好也是一个发光的灯泡。平时准备了一摞一面用过的A4纸，所以用起来没有浪费的感觉。

That's a very good tip, Jason. It's good to hear from you, BTW. I hope you were as far away from that recent earthquake as possible. 
I prefer to read from hardcopies too, although the printouts I used to generate at work were always set to print with very tiny fonts. The reason for that was to get as much hardware design language(VHDL) onto as few pages as possible, so I didn't have to keep flipping pages.

Thanks for your concern, Steve. I live 800 KM away from the epicenter. From what we see from TV reports and news coverage, and words from volunteers returned from the quake-hit areas, Yushu earth quake is really devastating, with 80% of adobe houses flattened, some 2000 people lost their lives and more injured, however, luckily, with the assistance of people throughout the country, as well as those from the world, the rescue and relief are in full swing.
From the second day of the quake, rescurers and relief workers were on the scene, with more volunteers from other parts of the country pouring in. Those seriously injured were airlifted to Chendu, Beijing, Lanzhou, Xi'an and Xining. Some of students from local universities were working as volunteers in the hospitals in Xining, the provincial capital. Professional recuers and volunteers came to help from near and afar, even from Guangdong, and uaware of high altitude sickness at the Yushu above 4000 meters, some of them fell seriously ill. So far from what I know 3 volunteers (including one from Hong Kong SAR) lost their lives. Their ardent bravery and sacrifice really deserve our respect.

以前确实是这样，现在眼睛已经干枯不流泪了。很郁闷。

天天用空调，开了加湿器，一天下来眼睛没有干涩的感觉，而且房间里也没有异味。网上买的，不到100元。
前几天在水里加了几滴精油，结果不太好用了，一不注意就漏水。大家如果使用的话，还是别往水箱里加别的东西，光加水算了。真想香熏的话，就用棉花球蘸上一点精油，放在出雾口。

岁月无情，近视的人总有一天要到老花的年龄，现在大多数人年轻时戴眼镜，到四十多就老花（远视），老花镜度数比不近视(1.5/1.0度正常视力）的人轻？视力慢慢纠正甚而不用戴老花眼镜看电视看书，是否这回事？
有人做几千元的近视手术来恢复视力，这种手术正或负的作用目前还没有定论。

可以在桌上放一小盆植物 感觉眼睛累了就看它几眼 或许会好受一点 不过先做好功课 我就曾经有一盆蔷薇就在终年不见阳光的桌上死去了......
怀念深山里的日子:)
