Bio

I am a FI-EN-FI translator and creative writer. At the end of my parental leave in March 2022, I started up my own business offering translation and language services. I have a Master’s Degree in English and 10 years of experience translating. My main areas of expertise are marketing material and product information, as I have translated catalogues and instruction manuals for a variety of brands when working as an in-house translator for an importing company. I have lived, studied and worked in England, which has given me insight into the local community and culture. In my free time I surround myself with language and literature: I read a lot and write poetry, prose and aphorisms. I recently completed a course on Subtitle Edit, so I can also offer subtitling work. I am reliable, meticulous and always curious to explore new territory.
