A fenti ügyszámon lefolytatott intézkedéssel kapcsolatban szeretnék kérelemmel fordulni Önökhöz.
Az eset napján illegális kereskedelmi tevékenységet próbáltam meg végrehajtani az Önök országában, amelyet az Önök jól szervezett határfelügyelete sikeresen felderített. Ezzel a tettemmel megszegtem az Önök jogszabályait. Az eljárás keretében Önök lefoglalták az általam vezetett kamiont. E járműnek a visszaszolgáltatását szeretném kérni tisztelettel az Ügynökségtől.
A következőkben szeretném leírni indokaimat.
Tudom tettemre nem fognak mentségül szolgálni a következőben felsoroltak, de kérem figyelembe vételüket.
A legfontosabb indokom a jármű visszaadásával kapcsolatban az, hogy szerelvény bérelt jármű, a bérbeadónak semmilyen köze sem volt az illegális tevékenységhez. A jármű elkobzása ezért olyan személyt súlytana anyagilag, aki egyáltalán nem tehet a történtekről. Én egyszerű sofőrként követtem el a csempészést. Valószínű perelni fog a cég engem a jármű elvesztéséért, de a kárt nem fogom tudni megtéríteni számukra, mert nincs hozzá pénzem. Egyedüli tulajdonom a csáládom háza, amelynek elvesztése végérvényesen tönre tenné családunkat és ellehetetlenítené egzisztenciánkat.
Én csak egy egyszerű sofőr voltam ebben az ügyben, ez nem az én üzletem volt, csupán egy kis plusz pénzt szerettem volna keresni. A családom nagyon nehéz anyagi körülmények között él. A házunkat banki adósság terheli, amely az Euro válság miatt hónapról hónapra növekvő részletek kifizetésében nyilvánul meg. A szüleim nem rendelkeznek nyugdíjjal, így őket is nekem kell eltartanom. Ezért mentem bele a csempészetbe. Fel sem mérve ennek esetleges következményeit.
Nagyon kérem Önöket, hogy vegyék figyelembe indokaimat. Bármilyen szankciót elfogadok, amit hoznak ellenem, természetesen pénzbüntetést is hajlandó vagyok fizetni, csak olyan mértékűt tudok megtéríteni, amelyet egy kevésbé tehetős ember kölcsönök illetve banki hitel segítségével még ki tud fizetni. Természetesen én mindenben segítségükre leszek hasznos információkkal.
Nagyon kérem Önöket, járuljanak hozzá a jármű visszaadásához. Talán nem követtem el olyan súlyos cselekményt, amelynek a következményeiért egy családnak tönkre kellene mennie.

I would like to make a request regarding the case with the above case number.
On the day of the case, I tried to undertake an illegal commercial activity in your country, which has been discovered successfully by the border guards. With this act I have committed an illegal activity. During the procedure the authorities confiscated the truck I was driving. I would like to ask from the Agency the return of this vehicle, respectfully.
I would like to list my reasons.
I know these reasons will not justify my act, but please consider them.
My most important reason is for asking the return of the truck, that the vehicle is hired and the rental company has nothing to do with my illegal activity. Hence the confiscation of the vehicle would cause a financial loss to a person, who has not taken any action in relation the illegal activity. I have undertaken my act as a simple driver. It is probable that the company will sue me for the loss of the vehicle, but I will not be able to pay back their loss, because I do not have enough money. My sole property is the house of my family, and if I would loose it that would totally ruin my family and our financial situation.
I was only a simple driver in this case, it was not my business. I have only wanted to earn a little bit of extra money. My family lives in very difficult financial circumstances. There is a mortgage on our house and due to the present financial crisis our monthly installments are rising every months. My parents do not have pension, so I have to support them, as well. This is why, I did the smuggling. I have not thought about the consequences.
I ask you to consider my reasons. I will accept any sanctions, that will have been taken against me. Of course I am willing to pay a penalty fee, however I am only able to pay an amount, which could be paid off by a not so wealthy man without loans and bank credit. Of course, I will help you with every information I have about the case.
I ask you to give your consent for the returning of the vehicle. I might have not undertaken such a serious act, which would have to ruin a family.
