Speakers at this morning's roundtable session held with participants from 100 international property firms included Dr. Gergely Gulyás-Kovács from DunaCity Hungary Kft., Péter Szamely from Hypo Investment Bank Ag, Vienna, Krisztián Hornok from DTZ Hungary Kft., Péter Gauder from Studio Metropolitana Kft. and Bálint Németh from AERA Property Marketing.
Dr. Gergely Gulyás-Kovács, the managing director of DunaCity Budapest Kft. greeted the participants at the start of the roundtable, expressing his hopes that the joint presence of the participants would attract the attention of investors and developers to the Budapest region.
Péter Gauder, managing director of Studio Metropolitana Kft. highlighted that "The Budapest metropolitan area has almost 4 million inhabitants. Further infrastructure developments could allow the capital of Hungary assume the role of a regional centre as Vienna did 20 years ago. However, that requires intensifying contacts with all of the Balkans area. This is a strategically important moment in time, and that is why it is crucial that developments be represented in a united fashion."
Péter Szamely, Senior Key Account Manager for Central and Eastern Europe for Hypo Investment Bank Ag added: "Eastern Europe is now a safe, if difficult target area for international property investors. Compared to other countries in the region, risk is low, which could attract more capital to Hungary; however, due to the poor liquidity of the banks, only very well planned projects get financed. Real estate developers now have to work harder for everything; they need to put special emphasis on the realization of projects."
Krisztián Hornok, managing director of DTZ Hungary Kft. said: "The news bulletins present the financial crisis and the economic crisis as two separate things. However, the two are linked by the property market. That is why it is important to stress that all segments of the Hungarian property market have a significant development potential, which can only be fully exploited if the right regulatory and infrastructural environment is there. The new ring road and the new bridge are both very welcome projects that point in this direction."

Az ingatlanfejlesztőknek most mindenért jobban meg kell dolgozniuk: legfőképp a projektek megvalósítására kell a hangsúlyt fektetni.”
Hornok Krisztián, a DTZ Hungary Kft. ügyvezető igazgatója úgy vélte: „A hírekben külön válik a pénzpiaci és a gazdasági válság. A kettőt azonban összeköti az ingatlanpiac. Check and remove all components from the box (Fig. 1a and 2).
Installing the fixed shelf
Place your unit on a flat surface, with the lid facing down. Insert the fixed shelf according to Figure 3. Align the screw holes on the shelf with those on the barbecue. Tighten the 4 "A" screws (Fig. 4).
Wheel assembly
Mount the wheels on the axis of the collapsible support (9), as shown in Figure 5. Use the key provided to tighten the screws.
Installation of the extensions and feet
Place the collapsible support on a flat surface. Stand on the side of the support so that the red lever is located on your right, and the wheels are located opposite you and the Campingaz logo on the plate on top.
Extension assembly
Insert the 2 extensions (4) in the collapsible support as shown in Figure 6. Lock each extension by pressing the lock buttons "v".
Feet assembly
Insert the feet in the collapsible support as shown in Figure 7. Lock each foot by pressing the lock buttons "v".
Important : Make sure that the skids "p" of the feet are facing downwards (Fig. 8).
Installing the collapsible support on the barbecue
Place the barbecue upside down on the ground. Position yourself behind the barbecue (lid hinges facing you)
Position the collapsible support as shown in Figure 9.
Make sure that all the wheels are located on your left, and that the red lever (12) is in front of you.
Insert the 2 "a" axes in the hooks (Fig. 9, step 1) of the vessel.
Unfold the support and place the left end between the hooks of the vessel (fig. 10). Insert the "C" axis and lock the nut by using the 2 keys provided (1 to hold the axis, the other to tighten the nut).
Fully fold the support into the product. Insert the tubes onto the elastic hooks "k" (Fig. 25). Lower the red safety lever into the slot of the support in order to lock the folding table (Fig. 11).

Helyezze a 2 „a” tengelyeket az edény kampóiba (9. ábra, 1. lépés).
Nyissa ki a támasztékot és a bal végét helyezze az edény kampói közé (10. ábra). Helyezze be a „C” tengelyt és rögzítse az anyát a mellékelt két kulccsal (az egyikkel tartsa a tengelyt, a másikkal pedig rögzítse az anyát).
Teljesen hajtsa össze a támasztékot. Helyezze a csöveket a rugalmas „k” kampókba (25. ábra). Engedje le a piros biztonsági kart és hajtsa be a támasztékon található nyílásba (11. ábra), hogy ezáltal rögzítse a kihajtható asztalt.
