Spanish is my native language and I live in Argentina where I was born. I love languages and I have been doing translations EN-SPA and some SPA- EN and teaching English/Spanish as a second language for the past 30 years with great results.

I have also been teaching Spanish to English speakers online for 9 years. I have experience proofreading essays in Spanish . I have taught a number of Americans, as well as Europeans, including reading comprehension, listening comprehension, writing and grammar; also preparing students for the DELE examination. I have extensive experience working with conversation. I pride myself in creating a classroom environment that accommodates the needs of my individual students while still promoting a high level of critical thought and writing skills. Some of my most satisfying experiences as a teacher have come from helping struggling students to grasp difficult concepts, through a combination of individual conferences, class activities, and group discussion.
