There's no such thing as an "official translator" in the UK.

Contact the CIoL

While anyone can call themselves a translator in the UK, you can join the CIoL and/or the ITI
You will not automatically be able to join, but with your qualifications and experience, they can tell you what is necessary.
The Dip.Trans, an exam set by the CIoL, is a respected qualification, and members of those two institutes are the nearest you will get to official translators in the UK.
